  I hired a vehicle - Venturer plus paid in full (including liability insurance) by direct deposit but couldn't pick up the vehicle as I do not posses a Credit/Debit card. It was they who suggested I direct deposit, payment was accepted and order confirmed, but it was all in vain.

  Our initial impression was pretty good. The prices were decent, and we were greeted by a very helpful Bosnian (?) man when we picked up the van. The vehicle itself had the necessary equipment and was of expected quality.
